With so many feathers in their cap, they are MDRT Crown Winner - 3rd Highest International recognition in Insurance Domain since 2008. In the year 2017, 2018 they qualified for 2 MDRTs and last 10 years continuously along with Chairman Club Membership from 2011.

Mr. Rajesh belives in trainning and technology. He is associated with Indian Institute of Excellence, Mumbai from 2005 and delivering lectures, conducting training seminars for the development of life insurance consultant and in Corporates on Financial Plannings.

Also as a Social Responsibility they both are associated with Rotary Club of Boisar-Tarapur since 2005. Both were honoured as President of this prestigious club in 2014-15 and 2018-19 respectively. Handled many responsibilities of club. Also engaged with lot of social activities in rural area of Dist: Palghar. Mr. Rajesh is born as farmer and today developed a nice "Organic Farm" to serve the country.
